If you have a computer and a VR headset, you can now try the Oculus VR headset for free for 30 days, after which you’ll be able to upgrade to a paid version for $350.
If you want to try it out, you’ll need a compatible computer, but you can also download the Oculus SDK, which is required to use VR games.
The Oculus Rift is a cheap, low-powered VR headset that comes with a built-in camera and a camera that uses your eyes to scan objects for virtual 3D space.
It’s also compatible with some Oculus games.
To get started, head over to Oculus’ website to download the SDK, install the Oculus Oculus SDK on your computer, and launch the Oculus app.
You can find Oculus’ documentation here.
Here’s what to do:Open up the Oculus desktop app.
The top-right corner should say “Download Oculus SDK” next to the Oculus logo.
Click on “Import Oculus SDK.”
In the Oculus UI, click the “Add SDK” button.
In the “Get Started” screen, you need to select the “OSVR” option.
Once you click that, the Oculus API is added to your computer.
This is where you’ll get instructions on how to install Oculus SDKs.
Once you’re in the Oculus application, click on “Add Oculus Rift.”
In Oculus’ main menu, click “View Oculus Rift” and select the Oculus headset icon on the right.
Select the headset icon and click “OK.”
In the Oculus Settings screen, select the headset option, and then click “Launch Oculus Rift,” as shown above.
Once the Oculus launcher appears, select “Open Oculus Rift and VR headset,” as seen above.
Once the Oculus system loads, it will ask you to install the “OCRVR SDK” for the OculusVR headset on your PC.
Click the “OK” button to proceed.
Once you’ve installed the SDK on a computer, you’re ready to start using it.
The headset will detect your face and use the camera to scan for the VR headset in your field of view.
The Oculus system will automatically update the camera’s position to get the most accurate tracking.
Once that’s done, you should be able see a list of your Oculus devices in the headset’s view.
If you need help with the headset, just open the Oculus menu and select “Settings.”
There you’ll find a “VR” section where you can enable “Oculus Tracking” to view Oculus data in real-time.
Open the Oculus settings, then click on the “Orientation” tab.
Click the “Enable VR Tracking” checkbox.
If you need the Oculus tracking to work in VR, you must enable it by clicking “Enable” in the “Optimized Tracking” tab to the left of the VR tracking checkbox to enable it.
Open up a virtual room in VR by selecting the “Real Room” option from the VR menu.
The virtual room should appear in the Rift’s view and you’ll see a camera pointing down in the middle of the room.
You will be able tap to walk to move around and look around.
If the virtual room isn’t showing up, you may need to disable VR tracking by clicking the “Disable VR Tracking.”
The Oculus VR camera will scan for VR headsets, allowing you to move to the headset to move your avatar around.
This process will take about 15 to 30 seconds.
To move around, simply touch the virtual avatar to move it around.
You should see a VR avatar moving around.
In the Rift view, tap to zoom in on the virtual object.
In VR, the camera will track your avatar as it moves around, giving you a sense of the distance.
You may notice that you’re looking down when moving your avatar.
