The Samsung Gear VR headset is now available for $199 on Amazon with a $150 pre-bundle.
The bundle includes a pair of Samsung-made VR goggles, a VR headset, and a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 phone.
This is the cheapest Gear VR bundle yet, but it’s not the cheapest headset bundle of any of the VR headsets.
If you don’t have a Samsung phone, you can buy the Gear VR with a smartphone for $149.
This will get you a Samsung smartphone with a 2-year contract and the Samsung GearVR.
If it’s a smartphone with the 2-years contract, you’ll pay a bit more, and it’ll also be $199.
The Samsung Galaxy S5 and Galaxy Note 5 are also $199 pre-orders with no phone, but they also don’t come with any VR goggles.
These are the same devices you can pre-order at Amazon, and if you buy them with a phone you’ll still have to pay for them.
The Gear VR has a 2.4GHz dual-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor, 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and 128GB of onboard storage.
There’s a 1.8GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 CPU, 2.8GB of memory, 16/32GB of internal storage, a 5MP front camera, a 6MP rear camera, and 1,300mAh battery.
It costs $199 when pre-ordered on Amazon, which is $150 less than the GearVR’s MSRP of $249.
If the Gear Rift or Gear VR were to be discontinued, these prices would drop to $199 and $150, respectively.
Samsung’s Gear VR, as it exists right now, is a cheap way to get the VR headset and VR headset bundle for a reasonable price.
If this is the future of VR, Samsung is probably going to keep the Gear headset bundle around as an option.
If Samsung were to remove the Gear and Gear VR bundles, the price of a Gear VR would drop, as Samsung is currently selling them for $399, and that’s still a good deal.
If VR headset bundles were discontinued, this would mean that Samsung would need to lower the price on other VR headsets in order to keep a viable VR headset sales channel.
That means a headset with a good price and a good sales channel is not going to happen any time soon.
It also means that a new headset that offers more bang for the buck could replace these headsets in terms of price and VR sales.
Gear VR could also have a place in the smartphone space if the Gear is discontinued, but that is a little more difficult to imagine at this point.
Samsung is still trying to figure out how to sell VR headsets, and we still don’t know how the Gear 3 will sell.
