A second man has been charged with vehicular manslaughter in the accident that killed a truck driver in New Hampshire.
The New Mexico State Police say the man is charged with second-degree vehicular homicide and careless driving.
He was arrested in connection with the May 9 crash in New Canaan, about 20 miles southeast of Albuquerque.
The driver of the truck was identified by the State Police as 22-year-old James Anthony Pacheco, of New Canaan.
He has been on the run since May 9.
The state police say the crash occurred about 2:40 a.m. on Route 16, a rural road about 25 miles north of Albuquerque, and the truck veered into a tree before striking a tree and skidding off a highway.
Pacheco and the other driver were not injured.
