3. What is your range price for service headphone or earphone ?
It depends on the damage.

4. Can you give us the range of the price ?
NO. I suggest you to send your items to our shop for more details, so that we can check your items directly and also give you the precise price for the service.

5. Can i come directly to your place ?
We shall be glad to welcome you. And inform the details about your problems.

6. I am not at jakarta, how can i send the headphone or earphone ?
Relax, you can send it by package.

7. How long does it takes for the service ?
5 minutes to 1 hour. Depends on the damage.

8. Is there any parts replacement such as the speakers, cushion, cable, 3,5mm jack, etc ?
YES and NO. It depends on the availability of the parts, but mostly we have what you need.

9. Is there any additional cost if i cancel the service after being check first ?
Yes there is. Rp. 50,000 for cancellation fee if after already being check and the user cancel it.

10. May i follow your instagram ?
Of course you may. It is @AUDIOSHOPINDO

11. Is there any guarantee for the service ?
- GUARANTEE 1 week special for reparing cable & jack 3,5 mm
- NO GUARANTEE for the wrong use by the user (burn coil speaker, being pull down the cable, or broken 3,5 mm)

Tergantung dari kerusakannya.

4. Bisakah tahu kisaran berapa harganya untuk service ?
TIDAK. Kami sarankan anda untuk mengirimkan headphone atau earphone anda ketoko kami, jadi kami bisa memberikan harga secara tepat.

5. Bisakah saya datang langsung ke toko ?
Kami dengan senang hati membantu anda dan memberikan info mengenai kerusakan yang ada pada unit anda.

6. Saya tidak berada dijakarta, bagaimana caranya ?
Tenang, anda bisa mengirimkan unit anda ketoko kami lewat jasa pengiriman.

7. Pengerjaannya berapa lama ?
5 menit sampai 1 jam. Tergantung dari kerusakan..

8. Apakah ada sparepart pengganti untuk speaker, busa, kabel, 3,5mm jack, dll ?
YA dan TIDAK. Tergantung dari ketersediaan spare part. Tapi sebagian besar kami memiliki sparepart yang dibutuhkan.

9. Apakah kena biaya tambahan jika setelah di bongkar dan di cek detail ?
Ya ada. Rp 50,000 untuk jasa pembatalan jika sudah di cek detail oleh kami.

10. Boleh saya memfollow instagram ?

11. Apakah ada garansi setelah service ?
- GARANSI 1 minggu khusus perbaikan kabel dan jack 3,5 mm
- TIDAK GARANSI apabila terjadi kesalahan pemakaian. (ketarik kabel tidak sengaja, jack patah, coil speaker terbakar)
